Park Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please review our official park policies.

1. Check-Out & Registration

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Site Rent & Payment: Rent is due upon arrival. Late payments incur a daily fee of $10/day. Rates are based on 4 occupants per site. Monthly guests must keep an active payment method on file.

2. Campsite & RV Standards

  • RV Condition: RVs must be fully self-contained, operational, and clean. RVs older than 20 years require management authorization prior to reservation.
  • Site Appearance: Sites must remain clean, tidy, and free of clutter. Prohibited on sites: indoor furniture, major vehicle repairs, clotheslines, tarps, and excessive storage bins under/around the rig.
  • Sewer Connections: Rigid, leak-proof adapters (donut or threaded fitting) are mandatory for all sewer lines.

3. Guest Conduct & Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Please minimize noise, music, and outdoor TV volume.

Rowdy behavior, excessive drinking, or illegal activity will lead to immediate eviction without refund. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in common areas.

4. Vehicles & Parking

Speed Limit: 5 MPH strictly enforced throughout the park.

Max 2 passenger vehicles per site (in addition to your RV). No parking on roads or vacant sites. Unregistered, broken-down, or loud motorized vehicles (ATVs/dirt bikes) are prohibited.

5. Pet Policy

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a physical leash (max 6 feet) when outside your RV.
  • Clean Up: Clean up pet waste immediately and dispose of it in trash receptacles.
  • Restrictions: Aggressive breeds or constantly barking dogs are prohibited. Pets are not allowed inside common facilities or left tethered unattended outside.

6. Utilities, Facilities & Fire Safety

Water & Charging: No vehicle washing or Electric Vehicle (EV) charging without prior management approval.

Trash & Fire: Bag all household trash tightly and place it in the central dumpster. Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings/pits only. Never leave fires unattended.

7. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

In case of emergency, call 911 immediately. Creekside Acres RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or claims due to fire, theft, accident, wind, flood, or acts of nature. Management reserves the right to evict any individual who fails to comply with park rules without refund.
